What to do before you arrive at the festival
Dear festival goer,
Please ensure you complete the following steps prior to your arrival on the 5th August 2023
Step 1:
Go to your order confirmation email.
Click the "View your order" button. This will navigate you to your order on the Sam's Cider website, where you will be able to:
- Update/ change your name
- Transfer tickets to other members of your party
- Download your ticket/s
Step 2:
Navigate to the heading "Download your tickets", where you will find the number of purchased tickets.
Click the "Update details" button to change the name on the ticket.
Click the "Transfer" button to send the ticket to another member of your party.
Please ensure that if you have ordered more than one ticket, each ticket is updated with a separate guest's name. If your party is arriving separately, please transfer their ticket.
Once correct, click the "Download/Print Ticket". This will create a PDF file with the ticket QR code needed for entry.

Please be aware that you will need to have your downloaded ticket handy before arriving at the gate.
