Free Pint of Cider Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Free Pint of Cider promotion taking place at Sam’s Cider Annual Festival.

1. Promotion Details

• The Free Pint of Cider promotion is available only at Sam’s Cider Annual Festival on Saturday 1 August 2026.
• The promotion is valid between 3:00pm and 4:00pm only.
• The offer is limited to one free pint of cider per festival attendee.
• Attendees must hold a valid event ticket and/or wristband to redeem the offer.

2. Age Restrictions

• This offer is available strictly to persons aged 18 years or over.
• Sam’s Cider operates a Challenge 25 policy.
• Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 may be required to provide valid photographic identification before being served alcohol.

Accepted forms of identification include:

• Passport
• UK Photocard Driving Licence
• PASS-approved Proof of Age Card

Failure to provide acceptable identification when requested will result in the offer being refused.

3. Availability

• The free pint is available while stocks last.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative products, or any other compensation.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Sam’s Cider reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, behaving irresponsibly, or where serving alcohol would breach licensing laws or responsible retailing practices.

5. Drink Responsibly

Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly and arrange safe transport to and from the festival.

6. Changes to the Promotion

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or licensing requirements.

7. Acceptance

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
